Data we process
We process account identity, blessing direction, worship and memorial records, Life Book profiles, orders, payment status, receipts, feedback, and necessary device and security logs that you submit or generate. Wishes, memorials, Life Books, orders, receipts, birth information, and private photos are private by default.
Purpose
Data is used only for account sign-in, saving personal records, providing requested services, payment reconciliation, support fulfillment, data export, account deletion, security protection, and necessary operational diagnostics.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not publicly display full wishes, birth information, memorial content, Life Book text, order support conversations, or receipts. Payment, hosting, email, security, and cloud vendors process data only as needed to provide the service.
Cross-border processing and retention
The website serves overseas Chinese communities and users in Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Data may be processed by cloud services in different regions. We retain data only as needed for service, audit, dispute handling, and legal obligations; after account deletion, necessary payment and fulfillment records are de-identified.
Security
Web refresh tokens use Secure HttpOnly cookies. Access tokens and CSRF tokens are stored only in browser memory. Sensitive text is not written to ordinary operational logs.
Basic analytics choice
The website does not send non-essential funnel analytics by default. You may choose necessary features only or allow basic analytics. Basic analytics includes page and content identifiers, module, stage, status, error code, provider, language, device type, session ID or anonymous ID, plus UTM source/campaign, referrer hostname, and CTA placement/target. It never collects wishes, names, birth information, deceased-person details, photo URLs, Life Book text, order conversations, receipts, payment account data, or tokens. Account-linked analytics is included in data export and account deletion handling. Anonymous ID is stored only in your browser and can be withdrawn or changed on this page or in My Account.
Your rights
You may request access, export, correction, or deletion of personal data, and you may sign out, revoke sessions, or contact the product email for privacy questions.
Minors
XinAn does not provide independent account services for minors. If a guardian believes a minor submitted personal information, contact us for deletion.
Changes
Policy updates will show a new effective date on this page. Material changes will receive a reasonably prominent notice.
