Terms of Service
Effective date
These Terms were updated on September 29, 2026 and apply to the XinAn website and Web service.
Entity and contact
Kanwei Technology Co., Ltd. operates the XinAn website and related Web services. Legal and product contact: product@canwe.fun.
Service boundaries
XinAn provides cultural ritual records, online worship and memorial spaces, annual Eastern metaphysics reports, and related offline service workflows. The product supports emotional steadiness, cultural expression, and self-reflection; it is not medical, legal, investment, psychotherapy, or religious merit advice.
Payment provider and receipts
The checkout and receipt identify your payment provider. For digital purchases through Creem, Creem is the Merchant of Record handling payment and receipts; XinAn provides the product and support. Test checkout does not create a live payment or indicate approval for live sales. Live collection for offline worship is currently unavailable. Refunds return to the original payment method; posting time depends on the payment provider and issuer.
Renewal, capacity and cancellation
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the checkout billing interval unless cancelled before the next charge. In My Account, open a purchase and select Manage billing / cancel subscription, or use the portal link in your Creem receipt. Cancellation and refund are separate actions. Access after cancellation follows the expiry shown in your account; refunds may revoke unused access earlier. Memorial creation capacity is a total for that purchase: renewals do not replenish or reset it. Reading, editing and exporting created memorials does not require an ongoing subscription. One-time plans do not renew and provide current-product access while the service operates, not a guarantee of perpetual operation. They exclude offline services, physical offerings and paid content in other modules.
Account
The Web service supports Apple and Google sign-in. You are responsible for actions, order information, and submitted content under your account.
Prohibited conduct
You may not submit unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, abusive, automated, or privacy-invasive content, or bypass payment, session, security, or access controls.
Outcome boundaries
XinAn does not promise specific outcomes, health improvement, financial gain, exam or relationship results, and does not use fear-based pressure or imply payment is required to solve hardship.
Offline service
Offline service depends on temple on-site rules, timing, photography boundaries, offerings, and manual fulfillment conditions. Without explicit authorization, XinAn will not claim that any temple directly provides or certifies the service.
Termination
If you violate these terms or create a security risk, we may restrict or terminate relevant services. You may also request account deletion.
