How XinAn public content is reviewed and updated
This public standard explains who reviews our pages, how cultural facts are checked, how product services stay separate from religious material, and how corrections are handled.
The content team's role
The XinAn content team is organisationally accountable for sources, boundaries, date checks and corrections. AI tools may help organise drafts but are never treated as factual sources. Before publication we run two verification passes: source-to-claim, then language, date, link and compliance consistency. This is not official endorsement by any temple or religious organisation.
Fact-checking standards
- Prefer temples, Buddhist organisations, government cultural sources and traceable public texts
- Separate verifiable facts, regional custom and XinAn product explanations
- Never present one local custom as a rule everyone must follow
- Keep sources, update dates and the reviewing team visible, and re-check broken or changed sources
Service and compliance boundaries
- We do not promise healing, wealth, admission, reconciliation, changing fate or warding off disasters
- We do not use fear, guilt or the suggestion of misfortune to push action or payment
- We do not claim an unauthorised official temple partnership or certification
- Temples, services, prices and dates for temple visits come from server configuration and the order
Privacy and corrections
Public content never displays anyone's wishes, memorial information, birth data, order receipts or photos. If you find a factual, translation or link error, contact us through Help and Feedback; we record the issue and update it after verification.
